Cancellation Policy
All cancelations must be done by contacting and speaking directly to your stylist by either a text or phone call.
Please do not respond to the automatic text reminders. Those come from a bot number 🤖 and we do NOT see these replies.
If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice. ⏳️
Any cancelations that are less than 24 hours' notice will be automatically charged a 30% cancelation fee based on the service you were scheduled for. This does not get applied to your next appointment.
If you "no call/no show" (which is a crumy thing to do) meaning you do not contact your stylist with notice and completely ghost them 👻 you will automatically be charged a $30 non refundable fee and will be required to pay a deposit to hold any new appointments you schedule.
